DESTIN!
I am so excited to be in Destin, FL! This is truly one of my favorite places on the planet! My family vacations here every year, and I am blessed this weekend to be in services at Destin Assembly sunday morning, and Deer Point Lake Assembly in the Panama City area sunday night. Can't wait to worship with these great people Sunday! Keep looking for release information on the "Freedom IS" project. We are in the manufacturing process now!! PRESS IN!
It's been a LONG week since my crazy travel weekend in Chicago. I was in a church Tuesday night, Wednesday night, and worked all day today from my computer tieing up loose ends on several upcoming dates and matters of business. Nevertheless, sometimes no matter how hard you work, you feel like you're just not getting it all accomplished! That's when you have to press in, finish the job(whatever that is for you), and bring to completion what God has begun in your life. The trick of the enemy is to get you to stop, or abort what God is trying to birth through your life. Quit saying "I'll never get it done, or this just wasn't meant to be..." That is negative thinking that does not come from God's word, or His principles. Press in, be strong, stay steady, be steadfast, immovable, unshakeable, believing God for His best. Stay in the fight! DELAYED!
In the airport....DELAYED!! Happens a lot lately....but I learned a little lesson here this afternoon. I was diverted to another airport in the Chicago area....it's not the one I thought I was going to, nor at the time I expected to go....nevertheless, I am getting to the same place, at a different time, on a different route. God does this to us sometimes in life now doesn't he? He will be faithful to get us to our destination, it's just not always the route we thought it would be, and it's almost NEVER the time we expected with OUR plans....Jeremiah 29:11...you know the drill. NEW SONG ADDED!
Just to update everyone out there, I updated the myspace page with the new mastered songs from the Freedom IS recording. Some of you music junkies out there may notice the difference in EQ on the tracks! I also added an extra song "We Praise Your Name". It's our "ROCK" tune from the new album. The guitars are KILLIN on this song. Shout out to Akil and Matt for cranking it OUT!The album will be out really soon! Release date coming quickly! Much love to all my people.

FRIENDS!
I'm glad to say tonite that I have reunited with some friends from HIGH SCHOOL on facebook and myspace. They all look great, and I am so proud to say that they all seem to be doing very well. It's really been fun sending them to my website so they can see what I am doing in 2008. The reactions have been GREAT considering the last place most of them saw me was on the football or baseball field, or perhaps at a party that I should've avoided!! I'm sure none of you ever went to a party you should've avoided did you? Nevertheless, I cherish their friendships, and can't wait to meet up with them the next time I'm in Atlanta to hang out. I'm having a blast meeting up with them and talking about getting together to catch up on the years between 1993 and facebook! Make the effort to connect with people who have impacted your life....perhaps the impact doesn't have to stop in either direction! Much love to all my people.
